I have been a real estate professional Since 2002.  Having been born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, I have extensive knowledge of the industry and its markets.  I have had the opportunity to have been party to over 300 real estate transactions giving me firsthand knowledge in all aspects of real estate.  This has specifically given me an authentic perspective and comprehensive insight of: red flags, creative problem solving, identifying potential issues, strategic planning to idenitfy and mitigate complications, disclosure requirements, effective marketing, determining market trends and qualification techniques for both buyers and sellers.  All of this translates into an expertise that will benefit my clients.  I have a high energy, get the job done work ethic and provide excellent customer service with a high standard of care. I operate using the utmost of integrity, skillful negotiations and thorough procedures to ensure my clients have successful transactions, with efficient timing, protected and a full understanding of all of the information.

Personal Information

I was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and have lived here my entire life. I have had an interest in real estate for as long as I can remember and actually recall reading the real estate classified ads along with the "funny pages" as a child. I was a licensed real estate agent at 20 years old and a licensed broker at 29. I have thoroughly enjoyed my career ever since.  I take great pride in helping my clients realize the dream of home ownership. I believe that home ownership is the single most important, necessary and pivotal endeavor that a person can make. It is an absolute pleasure of mine to facilitate such a monumental step in the lives of my clients and friends.
